Directions to Östra Hospital 

LOCAL TRANSPORTATION TO ÖSTRA HOSPITAL

Opposite to the Centralstationen is a great square called Drottningtorget. From here, you can take tram "1 to Östra sjukhuset" (please see the map at Drottningtorget where you find the bus and tram stops). The tram leaves about every tenth minute. Another option is to take bus “Svart Express to Vallhamra via Östra sjukhuset” that leaves every 10-20 minutes (depending on time of day). These local transportations will take you to the main entrance of Östra sjukhuset (marked CK on the map). You will see the bus and tram stops on this map in the lower right corner. If you pass CK and continue to walk up the little hill you will come to Kvinnoklinikens main entrence (KK). You can also take bus ”17 to Östra sjukhuset”. This bus leaves every 10th minute. Get off at the stop called Smörslottsgatan.

Enter through the delivery ward entrance on the uphill side of Kvinnokliniken (D on this map). Once in the building, pass the first glass door and continue straight ahead through all the other glass doors and then immediately to the right. Here you will find a corridor with a glass door. Ring the bell and we will open for you. The Perinatal Laboratory is located directly to the left in this corridor.

Via Diagnosvägen 15
Enter through the main entrance of Kvinnokliniken (KK on this map). Go straight ahead pass by the cafeteria. You can either walk or take the elevator to the 1st floor. Elevator to 1st floor: take directly to the right when you get out on first floor. The Perinatal Laboratory is located directly to the left in this corridor. Ring the bell which is next to the door straight ahead and we will open for you. Walk to 1st floor: go through the glass door on the left side just before the person lifts. Go upstairs, one floor, and then pass right though another glass door.
