As an exhibitor you will have the opportunity to reach out to specialists, students, trainee and midwifes from around the world. You will be able to inform approximate 200 leading experts about your work and products. You and your company are crucial links in this encounter!


The exhibition provides you with an excellent opportunity to grow corporate relationships and expose your staff to key markets in a relaxed environment. The Organising Committee, through the packages outlined herein and the design of the exhibition floor plan, ensures that all exhibitors involved are offered every possible opportunity to showcase their products and services network with the anticipated 200 delegates in a captive and learning environment. Lunch symposia

Coffee breaks and lunch will be provided for delegates within the exhibition area to ensure maximum exposure.


Specific stands have been set aside for each category of sponsorship until March 2015. After this date stands will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.

Final payment
Settlements of outstanding amount are required no later than 2 months prior to the event.
